37 year old female, with 2 previous pregnancies, dislikes significant overhang of excess skin from her abdomen, causing rashes and irritation. An extended tummy tuck with rectus plication (muscle repair) was performed to provide her with an improved body appearance. Shown is the healed extended scar due to such a large skin excision, placed well below her underwear line. Results show a significant change to her body shape and appearance, improved wasitline, with a very natural new belly button, resulting in a more rejuvenated and youthful appearance.
