30 year old female, self conscious about the appearance of her nose. Dislikes the projecting and large appearance of her nose. A rhinoplasty was performed to narrow, and improve the contour the bridge, creating a slight slope. The nasal tip was thinned and elevated as well as a nostril reduction to decrease the projection of her nose. Results show a more refined and feminine appearance.
