25 year old female, self conscious about the appearance of her nose. Dislikes the bump on the bridge and large projection of the nose. A rhinoplasty was performed to narrow, straighten and improve the contour the bridge, creating a slight slope. The nasal tip was thinned and elevated. Results show a more refined and feminine appearance.
