33 year old thin female, size C cup and desires 1-2 cups fuller. Significant upper breast deflation and sagging of breasts were noted. A breast augmentation with 360cc moderate profile silicone implants were placed through a breast crease incision and under the muscle. Results show a nice augmentation with an improvement to the shape and fullness of the breasts without the need for a lift.
