52 year old athletic female, with significant breast deflation, currently a size A cup and desires to be a full size B small C. 350cc moderate profile implants were placed, under the muscle, with a breast crease incision. Results show a very natural augmentation with an improvement to the shape and fullness without any signs of deflation.
