Breast Augmentation: Before & After Photos

27 year old female desiring fuller breast volume. Pre-operatively a B cup and desired to be a full C / small D cup. Undergone slight weight loss creating minor breast deflation and drooping. Breast augmentation with 345cc full profile silicone implants were placed to each breast, using a breast crease incision, placed under the muscle, was performed. A small breast lift was offered to the patient but she did not desire the extra scars and was willing to accept a lower breast. Results show a fuller upper breast volume and projection, improved nipple position creating a small “lifting” appearance, and providing a soft natural result.
