22 year old female with deflation of breast volume after pregnancy and breast feeding who desires rejuvenation. Breast augmentation using high profile silicone implants, 450cc in the left breast and 475cc in the right breast, using a peri-areolar incision, placed under the muscle, was performed. Results show a more youthful appearance to her breasts along with improvement in volume.
