28 year old female with a history of right breast cancer excision resulting in asymmetry of size and shape. A/B cup and desires to be a C cup. A breast augmentation was performed in which 365cc moderate profile silicone implant was placed to the right and 330cc to the left to balance the asymmetry. Implants were placed through a breast crease incision, under the muscle. Results show a very natural result, more voluminous breasts with improved shape, symmetry and fullness.
