69 year old male with facial aging, dislikes the excess and drooping skin and desires a more youthful appearance, specifically the lack of contour to the neck and jawline. A full facelift including necklift was performed in a conservative fashion to maintain his masculine appearance. Results show a much improved and rejuvenated appearance, with more youthful facial contours and no further drooping skin. Midface volume has been restored and jawline contour restored with a significant improvement to the neckline.
